Robin Easterwood who credits God to be everything in her life and without Him, she would be nothing…was born in Kansas City, KS on July 18, 1977, the sixth of seven children and the only girl born to the parents of Robert and Ruth Easterwood.

Laryssa McKinney Blunt has a passion for speaking, encouraging, and motivating in whatever environment she resides. A lifelong resident of Hot Springs, AR, Laryssa was educated in the Hot Springs School District. GO TROY!!! She received her Licensed Practical Nursing Certification (LPN) from Quapaw Technical Institute in 1998, her Associate of Science Degree – Registered Nursing from National Park Community College in 2007, her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) from Arkansas Tech University in 2013, and her Master of Science Degree in Nursing (MSN) – Family Nurse Practitioner from Arkansas State University in 2018. Laryssa’s 30 years of nursing experience has afforded her various employment opportunities; including vocational health sciences instructor, family practice nursing, intensive care nursing, mental health nursing, maternal child nursing, and community health nursing. Laryssa is the first black nurse practitioner from Hot Springs to practice in Hot Springs. She is currently employed as an acute care nurse practitioner for CHI St. Vincent’s Convenient Care Clinic.

Ebeni Steward was born and raised in Hot Springs, AR. After high school, she attended Henderson State University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology(2006), Baptist Health Schools of Little Rock where she received her Diploma RN (2010), Delta State University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2019), and Henderson State University where she received her Master of Science-Family Nurse Practitioner (2021).
Worshiping God is where Nikki finds most of her peace. She is a licensed ordained minister and she is a member of St. Mark Baptist Church, where Moderator D.R. Crossley is the Pastor. At St. Mark, Nikki works interdependently wherever she is needed, whenever she is needed. In addition, Nikki is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and her passion is helping young people realize their full potential.

Constance is the Owner/App Director of Carrigan Memorial Funeral Services, Inc. in Hot Springs, AR with over twenty-five years of experience working alongside her husband, the late Chester Carrigan. Constance specializes in customer services and is responsible for caring for families during their times of grief. Constance helped establish a support group for individuals coping with grief at her local church, Union Missionary Baptist Church (UMBC) called Believe Grief Share. She has been an active member at UMBC for thirty-nine years. Constance is a positive force not only in her role at Carrigan Memorial Funeral Services, but in her role at Regions Bank. She has been employed at Regions Bank for twenty-four years, her current role is Relationship Banker. Constance inspires people daily with her positive outlook on life. Constance tirelessly pours into everyone she meets. She understands that every person is unique and deserves care, love, and services that are beyond the ordinary and more than just acceptable.
Dr. LaTisha Johnson, PhD, LPC is a certified anger management facilitator with specializations in technology assisted counseling, grief counseling, and EMDR therapy. Dr. Johnson has 151 years' experience working with individuals and families in hospital, residential, and outpatient clinical mental health settings.
