Psalmist Robin Easterwood

Robin Easterwood who credits God to be everything in her life and without Him, she would be nothing…was born in Kansas City, KS on July 18, 1977, the sixth of seven children and the only girl born to the parents of Robert and Ruth Easterwood.

Her father whom she loved so dearly is no longer with us but in the presence of the Lord. Also, credits her parents as being the cornerstone in the foundation of her spirituality and the building block of her relationship with God.

In her early childhood, the family moved to Stone Mountain, GA, where she first felt a pulling and yearning that drew her closer to God—a Calling if you will. She has been blessed with a gift that has carried her and has also blessed others along the way. The gift of singing to say the least. A gift with a “charge” she does not take lightly as she knows that she was anointed with the ability to serve and use it to do the works of the Lord.

A gift that all belongs to the Father where He alone gets all the glory. The power of song, the words that are given to me through song, has manifested into her healing that she continues to share in the hopes that it heals others.

She is and has always been foremost an instrument of the most high God…available to be used by Him. A Calling that she has recognized that in the midst of challenges she knows that to whom much is given…much is required. When she is weak, she always refers to her favorite scripture, Proverbs 3:5 and 6.. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your path.” This constantly encourages her to move forward in what she has been called to do.
