Clarice Anderson, known to many as Nikki, is a native of Nashville, Arkansas, but resides in Hot Springs, Ar. Nikki is the wife of Mr. Tim Anderson, the owner and operator of Tim's Barbershop. Tim & Nikki have been married for over two decades and together they have one daughter, Cameia Anderson who will complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy May 2024.
Worshiping God is where Nikki finds most of her peace. She is a licensed ordained minister and she is a member of St. Mark Baptist Church, where Moderator D.R. Crossley is the Pastor. At St. Mark, Nikki works interdependently wherever she is needed, whenever she is needed. In addition, Nikki is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and her passion is helping young people realize their full potential.
Nikki is employed for Hot Springs School District where she is the Vice Principal for Oaklawn STEM Magnet, formerly Gardner. On her educational journey, Nikki has earned several degrees. Her last two accomplishments, Nikki obtained a Masters in Educational Leadership Administration and an Education Specialist degree in Reading & Dyslexia. Throughout Nikki's educational career she has been recognized as a Distinguished Educator and she has had the opportunity to mentor and support several novice educators.
Through many hardships and life challenges, a scripture that she refers to often, "They that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be ,weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."
